How CreatorStock works
CreatorStock is a licensed photo marketplace. Creators upload work, get listings approved, and set prices; buyers purchase a clear digital license through checkout. This page is the longer version of the summary on the home page.
For photographers & studios
- Create a creator account via registration. You'll use the creator dashboard to manage uploads and your public profile slug.
- Complete verificationso buyers see that your catalog is operator-reviewed. Until you're approved, listings won't appear as live marketplace products.
- Upload photos from the gallery flow. Each listing carries a title, description, tags, category, license summary, and price you control.
- Go live on the marketplace once a listing is approved. It shows up in browse and on your public creator profile when your slug is set.
- Sales and fees — you receive 87% of each sale; 13% supports platform operations and checkout. Exact payout mechanics depend on your Stripe and account setup.
For buyers
- Browse the marketplace. Open a photographer's public profile from a listing when you want to see more of their catalog.
- Sign in as a buyer (create a client account) — purchasing requires a buyer role, separate from a creator login.
- Checkout charges the card through our payment flow. After payment succeeds, the order is tied to your account.
- Your purchases live in the buyer dashboard so you can revisit what you licensed without digging through email.
Licenses & support
Each listing displays license text chosen by the creator (for example, standard digital use). Read it before you buy. For platform rules, see Terms of service, Privacy, and DMCA.
